NUBPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,947 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, TNFAIP8, and DOCK8. Each is linked with NUBPL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBPL-to-partner and partner-to-NUBPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUBPL versus FKBP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
