Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,967 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB10, TREM1, and CHN1. Each is linked with NUBPL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBPL-to-partner and partner-to-NUBPL results are reported.
