Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P50, IGKV1D-32, and MIR3140. Each is linked with NUBPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBPL-to-partner and partner-to-NUBPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P50 grouped by NUBPL-low versus NUBPL-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
