Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,060 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUBP1, TXNDC11, and EARS2. Each is linked with NUBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP2 results are reported.
