Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal, Response to methylglyoxal, and Cellular response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with NUBP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP2 results are reported.
