NUBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,839 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSPT1, NUBP2, and TRAFD1. Each is linked with NUBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUBP1 versus GSPT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
