Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1 and Notch1. Each is linked with NUBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP1 results are reported.
