Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,752 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, Regulation of chromosome segregation, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with NUBP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP1 results are reported.
