NUB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,862 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, PSMB6, and TNPO3. Each is linked with NUB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUB1 versus CDK5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
