Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,009 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, TAP1, and BTN3A2. Each is linked with NUB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUB1 results are reported.
