NUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-986P, TRAJ21, and RNU6-893P. Each is linked with NUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-986P grouped by NUB1-low versus NUB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
