NUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, S6_pS240_S244, and ATM. Each is linked with NUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by NUB1-low versus NUB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
