Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Endoplasmic reticulum-plasma membrane tethering, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with NUB1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation grouped by NUB1-low versus NUB1-high in CNS.
