Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUAK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUAK1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher NUAK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUAK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

PAAD, OV, and COAD are the cancer types where NUAK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
