NUAK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,987 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, SFRP2, and CCDC80. Each is linked with NUAK1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK1-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUAK1 versus RCN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
