Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,544 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell growth, Negative regulation of protein modification process, and Endodermal cell differentiation. Each is linked with NUAK1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK1-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK1 results are reported.
