NUAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17F, OR5A1, and SPATA19. Each is linked with NUAK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK1-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17F grouped by NUAK1-low versus NUAK1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
