Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTS-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUT, TBL1X, and PLEKHA1. Each is linked with NTS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTS-to-partner and partner-to-NTS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTS versus DUT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
