Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,614 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tetrapyrrole biosynthetic process, Porphyrin-containing compound biosynthetic process, and Cardiolipin acyl-chain remodeling. Each is linked with NTS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTS-to-partner and partner-to-NTS results are reported.
