NTRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMD, GNAO1, and HECTD1. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTRK2 versus DMD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
