NTRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2S1, TYW3, and HASPIN. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF2S1 grouped by NTRK2-low versus NTRK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
