NTRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PDCD4, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by NTRK2-low versus NTRK2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
