Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,850 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.
