NTRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB3, SLC32A1, and DAAM2. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB3 grouped by NTRK2-low versus NTRK2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
