Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTPCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,226 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTPCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, SMYD3, and BPNT1. Each is linked with NTPCR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTPCR-to-partner and partner-to-NTPCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTPCR versus BROX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTPCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTPCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
