Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTPCR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTPCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARV1, PCNX2, and COG2. Each is linked with NTPCR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTPCR-to-partner and partner-to-NTPCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTPCR versus ARV1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTPCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTPCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
