NTNG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTNG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,201 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTNG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRC2, DOCK11, and HOOK1. Each is linked with NTNG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTNG2-to-partner and partner-to-NTNG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
