NTNG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTNG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,475 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTNG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, GRK3, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with NTNG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTNG2-to-partner and partner-to-NTNG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
