Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NTNG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NTNG1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher NTNG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NTNG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

ESCA, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where NTNG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
