NTNG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTNG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPX, PREX2, and TACC2. Each is linked with NTNG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTNG1-to-partner and partner-to-NTNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTNG1 versus CLPX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
