Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTNG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GID8, EIF2B4, and MSH6. Each is linked with NTNG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTNG1-to-partner and partner-to-NTNG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTNG1 versus GID8 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
