NTNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, RAD51, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NTNG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTNG1-to-partner and partner-to-NTNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by NTNG1-low versus NTNG1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
