NTN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,704 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAD, RPL3, and CLPX. Each is linked with NTN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN4-to-partner and partner-to-NTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTN4 versus CAD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
