Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,769 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, MAMDC2, and PGAM1P5. Each is linked with NTN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN4-to-partner and partner-to-NTN4 results are reported.
