NTN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, PSMC3IP, and TXNL4A. Each is linked with NTN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN4-to-partner and partner-to-NTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by NTN4-low versus NTN4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
