Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,746 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, IRAG1, and SYNDIG1. Each is linked with NTM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTM-to-partner and partner-to-NTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTM versus LMOD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
