Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, ASF1B, and PIMREG. Each is linked with NTM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTM-to-partner and partner-to-NTM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA5 grouped by NTM-low versus NTM-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
