Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,221 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein dephosphorylation, Protein targeting to membrane, and Cold acclimation. Each is linked with NTM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTM-to-partner and partner-to-NTM results are reported.
