NTM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC63, KRT72, and IQCF1. Each is linked with NTM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTM-to-partner and partner-to-NTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC63 grouped by NTM-low versus NTM-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
