NTHL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTHL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,266 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL3, S100A11, and TFAP4. Each is linked with NTHL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTHL1-to-partner and partner-to-NTHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTHL1 versus SH3BGRL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
