Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,602 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTHL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Negative regulation of cell activation. Each is linked with NTHL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTHL1-to-partner and partner-to-NTHL1 results are reported.
