NTF6G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF6G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,360 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF6G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of postsynapse organization, Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with NTF6G in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF6G-to-partner and partner-to-NTF6G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of postsynapse organization grouped by NTF6G-low versus NTF6G-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTF6G→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTF6G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
