The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NTF4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NTF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and KICH are the cancer types where NTF4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
