NTAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP514, TAF7, and TCAIM. Each is linked with NTAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP514 grouped by NTAN1-low versus NTAN1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
