NTAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,041 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, POC1A, and AIDA. Each is linked with NTAN1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1 versus HABP4 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
