NTAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1, OR5P3, and FAM9A. Each is linked with NTAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN1 grouped by NTAN1-low versus NTAN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
