Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NT5E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NT5E data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher NT5E Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NT5E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, SKCM, and SCLC are the cancer types where NT5E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
