Across TCGA cell cohorts, NT5DC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,120 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5DC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of dopamine metabolic process, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Nuclear chromosome segregation. Each is linked with NT5DC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5DC2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5DC2 results are reported.
