NT5DC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NT5DC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,121 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5DC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, Hair follicle placode formation, and 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Each is linked with NT5DC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5DC1-to-partner and partner-to-NT5DC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by NT5DC1-low versus NT5DC1-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5DC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5DC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
