NT5C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,433 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, DLG5, and LARS1. Each is linked with NT5C2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C2 versus SLK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
